Sorry - I haven’t uploaded the example files yet! I’m in the process of creating a more generic version of the tool without the brittle requirements for Denison’s LDAP and whatnot. Please check here for updates.

In the meantime, take a look at Foswiki, the free, open source wiki engine we used to build our report tracking / data dictionary system. You can install it yourself (requires serious Perl/Apache chops), or download the virtual machine image to take it for a test drive.
